From Tudor to Victorian times, a historic festive treat awaits visitors on Boxing Day and Friday 27 December, when the Museum’s traditionally decorated houses will reflect the spirit of Christmas through the ages. It is a wonderful time to visit the Museum and enjoy the atmosphere of our historic homes, which have been decorated to reflect how this special time of year has been celebrated over the centuries.

Enjoy a warm welcome in the medieval House from North Cray, with its log fire and traditional greenery decorations. Our team will be serving spiced apple juice as well as biscuits, for which donations are welcome.
